draft, up to the cutdown point. As a reminder, this cash
applies to future drafts and may be used in trades
during the season.
The cash reflects the new "incentive" program, as well
as the rookie fine policy. Notice Phlorida's considerable
rookie fine problem, which resulted from never submitting
a single lineup sheet for the season. If Justin had been
active and spent $10 on some bodies, he could have saved
himself a tidy sum.
